Online orders may be collected from our Roodeplaat premises, next to Roodeplaat Spar:

·   Collection hours. Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00, excluding public holidays.

·   Collection requirements. The collector must provide the order confirmation or order number. A third party may collect, but we may request confirmation from the purchaser before releasing the order.

·   Uncollected orders. Paid orders will be held for 30 days after the Ready for Collection notice. We will attempt to contact the customer before taking further steps regarding storage, cancellation or resale.

·   Delivery. Delivery charges, estimated timeframes and area restrictions will be shown during checkout or agreed with the customer. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

·   Return courier. Where the customer is responsible for a return, the customer must arrange and pay for the return courier. Where the return is our responsibility, we will arrange or bear the reasonable return cost as required.
